"Our house project has been a tremendous success and looking back onto the past year we will never forget the enormous effort put into building our house during a world pandemic! What a project, but the results are fantastic and we are really pleased with the final outcome and thank you all for the great team effort, everyone’s patience, the brilliant exchanges of ideas and great skilled work of Ian’s team that has made this house a home for us! We can't wait to show it off to family and friends when the lockdowns are over, they will no doubt be very jealous! "We chose Cherwell for our building project (kitchen extension, bathroom remodelling and some other bits in the house and garden) on the basis of their very detailed quote and recommendations from former clients and our architect, and we could not have made a better choice!

Ian and his men were 100% reliable and completed the work to very high standards. The communication was exemplary throughout, and all our concerns as well as problems that came up from elsewhere (e.g. delay with delivery) were dealt with efficiently and in good humour. Even when we needed more time to make decisions or considered new ideas and then abandoned them again, we were always taken seriously. You could really feel that they want their customers to be happy!

We love our new kitchen and bathroom - it has made such a difference to the house! One of the highlights in the kitchen is the wooden bench that Ian built for us: It acts like a magnet on anyone entering the kitchen, but it's also great for storage.
