Richard Benson Hall

We were asked to assist with the sensitive refurbishment of this church hall, which had fallen out of use due to the condition of the building.

We installed a new floor, toilet facilities, a heating system, and a kitchen, and carried out full redecoration.

Kennel Lodge

The owners of Kennel Lodge wanted to bring a small courtyard at the rear of the property into the living space.

We achieved this by creating a fully glazed oak structure with a modern kitchen, linking seamlessly to the original house.

We added a single-storey extension to the property and carried out extensive works to the ground floor of Pippin Cottage.

The family now enjoy a large kitchen diner overlooking the garden.

The owners of this property on Charlbury Road undertook a comprehensive refurbishment to transform and modernise their home.

The works included a single-storey extension, replacement windows, and doors throughout, the creation of a new second floor with dormer extensions, and a complete internal refurbishment.

This Charlbury Road property underwent a comprehensive refurbishment, including a single-storey rear extension.

Oak flooring was installed throughout much of the house, while all windows and doors were replaced. The project was completed with hard landscaping works to enhance the garden.

Our house project has been a tremendous success and looking back onto the past year we will never forget the enormous effort put into building our house during a world pandemic! What a project, but the results are fantastic and we are really pleased with the final outcome and thank you all for the great team effort, everyone’s patience, the brilliant exchanges of ideas and great skilled work of Ian’s team that has made this house a home for us! We can’t wait to show it off to family and friends when the lockdowns are over, they will no doubt be very jealous! We have really enjoyed working with you all, and of course this is far from the end of our relationship but just an interim moment and look forward to our future collaboration!
